Designed for individuals seeking continued support, clarity, encouragement, and actionable next steps over time. This package allows space to: • explore goals • rebuild confidence • identify strengths • create realistic plans • gain momentum moving forward
Rebuilding Confidence Package

5 Virtual Sessions
A deeper support package focused on rebuilding confidence, reconnecting with personal strengths, navigating change, and creating meaningful forward movement. Ideal for individuals feeling: • stuck • overwhelmed • disconnected • uncertain about their next chapter • emotionally drained from life transitions or setbacks

A one-time support session for someone who wants help turning a story, message, or idea into reflective social content that can also be shaped into a simple text-based reel.
Includes: • one 45-minute virtual session to talk through the story, message or post idea • one polished written post or caption • one simple text-based reel version of the content • one light revision or simple visual/slide direction if needed Good for: • reflective business or personal storytelling • awareness or message-based content • simple text-based reels built from a written message
*If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
